STEPHEN HON

Dr. Stephen K Hon holds a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, and brings with him over two decades of professional experience across law enforcement, psychology, and corporate leadership.

Stephen has held influential positions, notably as a Detective Senior Police Inspector with the Hong Kong Police Force, where his leadership in criminal investigations, surveillance/counter-surveillance, and psychological profiling was pivotal in high-stakes operations. His roles within police counselling and psychological support laid the groundwork for his subsequent career transition into psychology and human resources.

His expertise in psychotherapy and executive coaching was cultivated through senior roles at multinational corporations, where he specialized in executive search and talent acquisition. Stephen’s strategic approach to leadership development was instrumental in guiding individuals and organizations to achieve their aspirations.
